What helps you get through the pain?

I have problems with my hips and tailbone hurts as well.

I haven’t had a burning feeling but I do have pain in my spine. It seems to have started in my hip or lower back and has traveled up my spine recently. Next stop: headed to neurologist to take a closer look.
