I read prebiotic can help with alot of things. I was wondering if it could help. My doctor put me on it to help with digestive issues. But it has helped with that issue. But was wondering if I should just continue taking them for some of the problems with Lupus.

I don't take a probitocs, but if your doctor put you on it he felt that it would help you, but if your doctor is not your rheumatologist then I would talk to he or she since they are the ones whom specializes in lupus.

Yes, probiotics (good bacteria) and prebiotics are both very good for us, as Henryey points out. The prebiotics are the plant fiber found in all kinds of produce, and whole foods are so good for our digestive health and blood sugar control.
