Anyone taking Rheumate for their joint issues related to lupus, and Fosteum Plus for the osteo issues? Just curious to hear other experiences. I've been on both for almost a year now and feel like my pain has decreased, but not necessarily the stiffness. Hope to have a bone density scan after my next rheumy appointment in April to see if the Fosteum Plus is helping with density at all.
