I live in Alabama, it is not exactly really cold here. But when it does or rains, I never have feelings. My hands are swollen like a very slick coving on my fingertips. Can’t get warm, can’t open anything, nails spilt, cuticles, oh are horrible.. hardly stand to try to work on. Sure can’t work on these slick screens we have now. Can hardly answer my phone.
ANYONE. PLEASE HELP!🙏🏻
I have been looking at gloves 🧤 for Raynaud’s, but their are so many.
Through the Raynaud’s association I came to find the Heatholders product line. I live in their socks (original weight) and also have their hats and gloves.
The hand and foot warmers come in one time use and also rechargeable (you reset them in hot water I think). I don’t know which brand is good. I used to have some rechargeable ones in the eighties.
@A MyLupusTeam Member would be a good one to ask about hand and nail care.
Not sure what you mean “when it does (get cold) or rains, I never have feelings. My hands are swollen like a very slick coving on my fingertips.”
Do you mean your fingers are swollen and numb?
Compression gloves work for me. They also make gloves with small touch tips on the underside of the fingertips that works on phones and tablets. Helps with my Raynaulds.

Also had psoriasis all of these years! Don't stop looking for answers and help!

Yes. I hate when people look at me with pitty. I'm not that broken.
Do you get discoloration of the fingers too? That's what occurs with Raynaud's.
