Does anyone have trouble walking first thing in the morning? Not quite sure how to explain it other than when first getting out of bed my legs not exactly wanting to move. They feel so heavy and I cannot pick them up to go and have to stand in place a few minutes before shuffling and finally they give in and I’m able to walk normally.
I do somewhat. I can usually walk, but sometimes very wobbly for a couple of minutes until my legs start working correctly. They do feel extremely heavy for several minutes.
Yes I have the same thing.
Talked to my doctor about it and they did MRI on spine. Have arthritis in lumber spine and nerve damage in sciatica. Might be a good idea to mention it to your doctor next visit because I believe there is things that can help. I can’t take most of the helpful meds for this due to other meds I have to take for artificial heart valve. So just rely on course of prednisone and tramadol while flaring. It does get me moving again but there are better treatment if you can have them.
Good luck. Thoughts and love with you.🥰
Most mornings my ankles and knees just won’t bend. Hot showers and baths help me to motor better.
Our inflammation increases overnight, so the morning is often the toughest time for us.
