If you keep a ledger of things that you've experienced take it with you and write down questions that you have. Lupus is, in my opinion, the worst autoimmune disease there is and it causes some of the weirdest symptoms that makes you feel like your crazy sometimes.

Thanks so much for that response. My ANA homogenous is strongly positive (1:160), but negative dsDna. I see my first rheumatologist tomorrow morning, and feel like I need to beg for help. I’m in such horrible pain.

Totally get that. I have multiple other symptoms from the diagnostic criteria, which is why my neurologist is sending me to the rheumatologist ASAP.
