I live in Arizona and I am in love with the sun. I live outdoors! Can other Sun worshippers offer suggestions as to how to handle such a frustrating problem? I have SLE.

Go outside early in the day and in the evening. Where sunblock each day. Purchase SPF clothing that protects you from the sun. Stay hydrated

I’m the same Kathy and Batefoot. No matter the sun protection the heat will get me every time even on a cloudy day.
Get vomiting and flares in matter of minutes.
Hate summer here in Queensland Australia.
But I love autumn and winter. Still can’t go out in sun but the weather is cooler so less flares than Summer.🦋💜

I love in NM and I enjoy the sun. Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! Also, make sure you cover up all skin with SPF clothing and hats.

I do practice all of the mentioned precautions. I may fail a little on the reapplication of sunblock. We even spf tinted the Jeep and will the semi-truck, shortly. I still have inflammation with long exposures.
