I have a toe that's been locked up and I cannot bend it. Had an Xray done, nothing showed. I have a referral to see a Podiatrist.

yes i used to get so worried but it was inflammation... after they put me on plaquenil it went away, when it got bad doc would us prednisone which I despise with a passion but it would work and get me moving again.

I have same thing. One toe had nerve spasms, awful pain, now toe has no feeling and can’t bend. Saw podiatrist, mri showed nothing. Did some pt, no change. Had cortisone shot between toes, that was the worst pain I ever had. (Had cortisone shots in both knees with no problem). Podiatrist said it’s a series of three shots. I quit after one. Just living the last 6 years with it. Good luck.
