Unattended flares can last years.

Mine generally now only last a few days or weeks depending on what triggered them.

Full body skeletal type pains tend to last longer and are usually due to vitamin or mineral deficiencies, but not always.

Muscle pains can be caused by anything from dehydration to deficiencies, to inflammation, to much more serious problems.

Getting any of these under control can take a little while and sometimes lots of effort.

The one thing for sure is to get lots of rest. Paradoxically you also need to get in a little movement.

Sometimes blood work can help narrow down the issue.

Blares usually can develop into weeks of body pain. See a R.A. Doctor for medication to relieve body pain. Carol Miller
