I've also had poor hand strength but saw an occupational therapist for hand-strengthening exercises. They really help and are worth considering! Your doc can refer you for this.

Yes, it hasn't happened since I started getting my symptoms under control but back when I was having flares a lot I could barely hold a full glass of tea.

I still have minor tremors in my hands, usually at night.

Hi Jennifer,
I'm not sure if you have the same problem I'm experiencing. I have just been diagnosed with ulnar neuropathy. I have the same issues you list. I'm not sure how this is related to Lupus though.
I saw a neurologist who did a electronic nerve tests in my arms and came up with this diagnosis.
I saw an orthopedic Dr this week who then told me my left arm will need surgery. Hopefully this doesn't happen to you.

Thank you all for answering. My left leg and arm feel tingly and numb the feeling you get after getting a cramp or sitting a long time. I also have some twitching in my tongue which freaks me out. Looking online says it can be Als. I took out an appointment with a neurologist to see. I really hope it's not ALS.
