I don't sleep. I'm so emotionally exhausted and in so much pain I can't sleep. I cry every night begging for sleep.

I get two hours of sleep every 4-6 hours. I lay in my bed for an hour before i can fall asleep.

I can make myself fall asleep at night with relaxation tools but it only lasts 2 hours and I’m awake again. I go back to sleep and wake up 2 hours later again. This goes on all night. So by morning I don’t feel I’ve slept at all.
So frustrating. If us lupies could only get a straight normal 4-5 hours sleep a night always I think we would all be a lot better.
But no lupus has to rob that as well.
Feeling for you all.💜

Yes. I find it terribly difficult to fall asleep most nights but I have started listening to soothing sounds and although it is still quite difficult to fall asleep it has helped me a little. Maybe you could try something that helps you relax right before bed and see if it helps you out ☺️
