Okay guys. Fighting a summer cold. I'm on that cusp between cold and (for me) the inevitable respiratory infection/inflammation trigger and/or hospital visit.
I'm curious.
What works for you when you have a cold? Have you found a way to keep colds from progressing to other things?
I use coricidain HBP when I have a cold.
I appreciate all the responses.
I am holding back on supplements since, for me, they are a trigger..but I realize they may be very effective for others
Hot tea with lemon, honey and whiskey is what I grew up with😉
But I have to admit, the Starbucks medicine ball recipe was great for me. It really helped. Who knew?
Thanks again for all the responses?
