I am going to be starting my treatment December 5th. Via infusion after being on Hydroxychloroquine for five years.

I do infusions. It's been about a year. My infusion takes about an hour and it's very easy. The next day I am usually exhausted. But they have improved my numbers and they really help with the fatigue. I used to do the self injections but I found those worse than the infusion and I didn't see any improvement.

I did the autoinjection of Benlysta for about a year, but didn't seem to really help. Now i'm on Saphnelo infusions and honestly I still do not see a big difference. Are they switching you? I take HDC in addition to my infusions... and weekly chemo pills. Total nightmare! I wish you luck! I know several people who benefitted a LOT from it. 💜
