Palpitations and high heart rate

Do any of you get bouts of a high heart rate (90-110 at rest) and palpitations but with normal blood pressure? I have been having it off and on the last couple if weeks. No chest pain, no shortness of breath.

@A MyLupusTeam Member, please also make sure your doc checks your thyroid function, as an overactive thyroid (which we're more prone to) can cause palpitations, too!
