Mediterranean diet wouldn't be bad except I'm allergic to all fish and seafood. What other diets can you recommend? I loved keto but missed the fiber and choices in meals.

Mediterranean diet is recommended to reduce inflammation. I'm not looking for a fad diet to lose weight but rather a way to reduce the symptoms

Look up recommendations for an anti-inflammatory diet. The most common recommendations are to avoid alcohol or processed foods (especially sugar). Seed oils are also possibly linked to inflammation, so I stick mainly to olive oil. Lots of fruits and veggies. I find Paleo cookbooks/recipes have a lot of good ideas that fit well into an anti-inflammatory diet.

I tend to avoid fad diets, but what has worked for me is eating a diet high in veggies and fruits, lean proteins, limiting processed grains and sugar, and avoiding seed oils.
