Has anyone been diagnosed with lupus and has a negative ANA? My PCP said he was expecting it to negative because I'm on so many immune suppressing medications.
When I was finally diagnosed with lupus I had positive ANA and titer was quite high 1:5120. Some people can have a positive ANA and be perfectly healthy but typically would be low. I think titer has to be at least 1:80 for lupus criteria.
