Does anyone take methotrexate shots once a week? I just started them this past week. Curious if anyone has and did it help

Please pay attention the the side effects. I took the tablets and within 5 months I started having breathing problems. I was diagnosed with Lung disease (Sarcoidosis), one of the rare side effects.
