I learning something about myself. I read that some of you when you over do it, that it lands you in bed for days. However with me when I do over do it I noticed I'm more forgetful, less attentive while driving, more likely to leave things out, more anxiety, more stress. I find this to be just as bad as having to be in bed for days. Because of things like accidents and poor decisions. These can cost you in long run.

Hi @A MyLupusTeam Member!
Yes. Days that I deal with extreme fatigue are becoming more often. I sometime wonder if it is due to age as well and don't get me started about Brain Fog!
I'm hoping that today you are getting rest and feel a bit better. ❤️😒

Yes I totally get it! I'm very forgetful and depend on my phone a lot to remind me of stuff. I haven't found the magic cure yet...except rest

I wish I could say no to this question, but I can't. Sometimes I wonder if this Lupus is in my brain, and then I remember to eat better and rest because usually i forget more when I am tired, to the point of exhausted which does not take too much activity sometimes.
