I appreciate you!
Crazy thing is I’ve been seeing the Rheumatologist for a year now, they are the ones I’ve been working with, I’m thinking maybe it’s time to get a second opinion, I just don’t want to stay on these meds If indeed it’s something other than autoimmune but just from reading the test results everything seems to point there.

I suggest a second opinion, Danny. Anti-dsDNA is considered extremely specific for lupus, and no other autoimmune disease causes this.

I have always been ANA negetive but Anti DsDna strong positive. My rheumatologist says 20% of Lupus patients are ANA negetive. She has tested me for liver and thyroid autoimmune diseases too. Still my bloodwork and physical symptoms point to Lupus.

I think that’s going to be the best thing for me to do, thanks for the advice.

I know how you feel! We’ve all been in that mode. Just stay proactive… keep bugging until you e see a rheumatologist! They’re the one who give the diagnosis! I do know, they’re hard to keep up with. Also, you want one who genuinely cares!
