With my Lupus and Sjogrens syndrome I now have Interstitial lung disease, I have scarring of my lungs, making it hard for me to breathe. I have extreme fatigue and every moment is filled with weakness. I'm glad you are on this site, there is lots of education and friendships with the teams.Welcome!

I completely understand your frustration.
I'm in the middle of another 3 week coughing cycle. I'm so weak I need help getting to and from the bathroom. I see my pulmonologist on Thursday to get all my test results. I'm praying he has some answers and solutions. If he says my tests came back normal I feel like I'm going to scream. It took 20+ years to get lupus, fibro and CFS diagnosed. So kinda fearful of going around in circles again.
Thank you for responding to my question. It helps to know I'm not alone in this.
Blessings 💜

Hello,
I have several auto immune syndrome. I have both lupus and Shogren’s. I have interstitial lung disease. So I am always short of breath and I feel a lot of pressure on my chest like someone is sitting on it. Hard for me to breathe. I feel exhausted throughout the day, even though I may have slept well.
My breathing is labored at times, so I use a albuterol inhaler. I’ve never smoked, so my lung issues are frustrating for me.

Thank you for this information. I see my pulmonologist next week to get all of my test results. Hopefully I'll have some answers.
This lung stuff is going in a cycle. 7-10 days feeling reasonably normal them 3 weeks of the horrible cough and feeling like a constant flare is going on. This cycle has been repeating since the middle of January. Wednesday was day 8 of feeling better then that evening the cough came back.
Sorry for rambling but I'm so discouraged with this mess I needed to tell someone who understands. Everyone is telling me it's probably just allergies. I've had allergies and asthma since I was 10 years old and they have never acted like this so I know it's something different but they just don't get it.
Thanks for allowing me to vent.
Have a blessed day 💜
