From what I've read, it can mainly help skin conditions. It doesn't contain UV light, so it shouldn't harm us.
Has anyone tried red light therapy for their Lupus?
I was considering trying coolsculpting & red light therapy to help with weight control, I am wondering if anyone here have tried it?
