Just make sure you don't lather it on only tiny pea size or less on the areas that need it don't put it on “good skin” bc can cause peeling and real bad irritation and make the skin tear after removing tape from ivs or bandaids. I had to use cortisone cream for some discoid lupus polka dots lol and a few other things from lupus and now I have to use an expensive silicone-based tape when the put my ivs bc everything else rips off some skin bc I was diagnosed at 12 with rare forms of lupus and also three types of lupus nephritis that made me get chemo, sle, and discoid so I've been on and off the topical steroids since 12 and I'm turning 38 this year so just make sure to ask the Dr if it is just short-term and if there is something not as corrosive as steroid cream. Sending good vibes everything goes for you
