I'm sorry it's so hard for you. The head sensations are something I can relate to...sometimes I put lavender and peppermint essential oils on my scalp, ice or heat, bone and body salve from natures warehouse ( u can find online) I also get massages every couple weeks. Unfortunately there's no quick fix, but I'm glad to share what helps me. The joint pain I understand, I use a tens machine, menthol creams, etc and it takes the edge off but I'm ready to try prescription meds . The exhaustion...the only thing I can do is rest and more rest. I've tried lots of natural remedies and they didn't work for me but maybe they will for you. Things like licorice, rhodiola, b vitamins etc do help some people with energy. If you google adrenal supplements, you will find some options out there. Praying for you

I completely understand and am having all kinds of head sensations right now too - upcoming neuro appointment next week, but it feels like a long time between now and then. For the fatigue and pain, I do find low dose naltrexone very useful in conjunction with other meds. Could be worth a try!
