@A MyLupusTeam Member, @LyndaWheatley--You are both amazing, continuing to work part-time! Please make sure you get plenty of rest. I missed the Boxer article, but I find rest, gentle exercise, UV protection, healthy diet, and stress reduction helpful with fatigue.

Medical studies confirm the benefits of exercise for us, but we have to be careful not to overdo.❀️

Hi TamiCardot
Thanks for your reply.
It seems by our age a lot of us have lived similar lives with this illness. I have done much the same as you. I am now living alone but have my daughter SIL and 3 grandchildren only a short distance away. I still work P/T. I’ve just noticed that the fatigue has worsened over past 12 months. And find it strange that I don’t have the pressures that I had back in my 30s&50s but am more fatigued now. So I was figuring it was the aging process thrown into the mix.
It’s good to hear from people like you who have endured caring for everyone from grandchildren to elderly parents all while fighting lupus. I do much the same as you too and just keep positive and do the best I can to stay active and healthy as possible.
All I know is from my experience it was easier (although hard) between 30 and 55 to what it is now. I mean I’m fine just interesting how things change so quickly once we get over the 55 year mark. Gradually of course.
So I’m just trying to adjust things to suit.
Helps so much hearing from one’s my age who have suffered for so long.
Thank you Tammy so much.
Love you back as I do everyone on here.πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ’–πŸ’œπŸ’–πŸ’œπŸ’–πŸ’œπŸ’–πŸ’œπŸ’–πŸ’œ
