Rash worsening, general unwell feeling, very bright livedo reticularis on legs, (purple lacy pattern) and extreme fatigue. I can sleep for 2-3 days straight when a bad flare is coming.

Lizz, flare symptoms can be very nonspecific, but feeling more pain, rashes, or fatigue are common. Headaches and fever can also occur.

Immunosuppressants are needed for major organ problems, such as low platelets and abnormal kidney function, and cellcept is one of several options to treat kidney disease as well as blood disorders.

- Medications: Immunosuppressants like mycophenolate mofetil (CellCept) and hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil).
- Diet: Reducing sodium, eating fewer saturated fats, and limiting alcohol.
- Monitoring: Regular check-ups and possibly adjusting your treatment plan.

If you notice severe symptoms like fatigue, muscle cramps, nausea, confusion, itchy skin, or shortness of breath, seek medical attention immediately.
