Systane pf. They have to be preservative free. Once I started using these certain ones, I was able to stop all prescription drops and I have really bad Sjogrens and had really dry eyes at every exam until i started these. These say one use but if you wrap it in a kleenex or paper towel, you can use it multiple times.

My ophthalmologist just recommended OCu soft Retaine overnight gel and it’s the best thing I’ve ever used for the Sjogrens. I also use gel drops by Systane.

I have dry eyes and sometimes both dry eyes and a dry mouth. I know that sounds crazy. Usually, when my eyes are dry I will put a nice warm towel on them and that seems to help. I’m not an eye drop person as I cannot keep my eye open long enough for the drop to get into the eye. I hope you feel better.
