I don’t smoke or vape but I believe it does affect Lupus if not that it’s just so bad for our health. There are plenty of studies on that.

Recently been switching to vape find it's hard on the throat, comparatively but seems to keep nicotine levels in check ✔️

I quit Sherri. It was hard. I prayed and told God I needed a crutch to walk with Him and He gave me Welbutrin. Best decision I made in my life and I had to stay in prayer over that. Now I have Lupus and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease and it attacked my lungs. You don't want that. I pray everyday for remission. I get short of breath just pulling up my pants. I get short of breath walking 10 feet and my reynards flares and my feet get numb. I can't use O2 as it is adminstered by plastic nasal cannula so, my ride looks hit. You don't want that. Talk with your doctor and see what he recommends. Welbutrin does cause some people anxiety but it worked for me. I stayed on it for 10 years for depression and it worked. Prayer and using a crutch helps. Nicotine supposedly worsens flares. Pay attention to your body and listen to people that have been around the block. Love you and praying for you. God bless.
