Yes, they cant get my o2 sat when I go to the doctor's office. So, I carry a mason jar of hot water whenever I have doctor's appointment. It keeps my hands warm and they can get their O2 sat. It works. I just can't do anything with those cold feet. My feet numb up before my hands. I have to get off my feet for them to warm up and put a heating pad on them. I really don't like this. I have to wear a coat on my face to go out in the morning otherwise my feet numb up. Just a big time annoyance.

I actually had an innovative procedure where they made an incision in my groan, stuck a small pipe up my groan and blew warm air for like and hour. This expanded my veins and I havent battled Reynauds since. It's nearly 20 years.

@A MyLupusTeam Member...I get the embarrassment part. At the shop we use touch screen too and it will not recognize me a lot of the time causing the customer to have to wait longer. Luckily I am a chatty Kathy!😆
