Good point from @A MyLupusTeam Member. Tylenol has to be used very cautiously and at lowered doses, if at all, in chronic liver disease. It's best to consult with the liver doctor before using it. Fortunately, we lupies very rarely get liver disease, though we often get kidney disease.

Great list from Henry! Tylenol is safest, but if you have advanced kidney disease, please double-check with your nephrologist. They rarely advise against it, depending on the state of your kidney function.
