Can you share what side effects you had on Cell Cept? I had to go off it after a few months. I had a reaction like weird muscle control.

That sounds like a meaningful update in your treatment plan! Transitioning off CellCept and increasing Rituxan infusions is a path some people with lupus take when their doctor feels a different approach may work better for managing the condition.

As your body adjusts to stopping CellCept, here are a few things worth keeping in mind:

- Watch for flares β€” stopping an immunosuppressant can sometimes trigger lupus activity, so pay attention to any new or worsening symptoms
- Stay in close contact with your care team β€” especially between now and your June infusion
- Report anything unusual β€” fatigue, joint pain, rashes, or other changes are worth mentioning to your doctor promptly It's really important not to make any additional changes to medications on your own during this transition period. Your rheumatologist has clearly put thought into this plan, and keeping that communication open is key to making the switch as smooth as possible.

Wishing you well heading into June! πŸ’™
