My Dr orders Nucalla shots for the sores in my nose. 👃🏻 found Kitsch hair products made of all natural ingredients. I love it!!

Yes, many people with lupus experience various skin sensations and sores on their scalp. Some people report feeling crawling or stinging sensations, which can be accompanied by rashes or skin irritation. These sensations might feel like tiny bites or a buzzing feeling, even when there's no visible cause. These symptoms can be related to lupus affecting your nervous system or may appear during a lupus flare. You might also notice other skin symptoms like itchiness or rashes. If you're experiencing new or worsening symptoms, it's important to discuss them with your healthcare provider, as they may need to adjust your treatment plan to help manage these symptoms better.

What kind of sores? Rashes, ulcerative; they can scan over and they are hard to get rid of. Then there's eczema, and psoriasis.
I went to my Rheumatologist one time with an angry rash on the inner thigh. I had wore a dress for the first time I had gained weight, but other people have thighs that rub together and they didn't get an angry rash. Then I sat in the sun with a swimsuit on another angry rash. I've had ulcers in my nose, they hurt. But triple antibiotic ointment helps that really well.
Now I'm more vigilant with my habits, learn from trial and error. Anaistamines help too (not on Dr recommendation just my trial and error).
Once I started taking hydrohydrocychloroquine the some of the problems are less troublesome or gone. Finding an all natural shampoo and conditioner may be important for you.
Best option would be to talk with your rheumatologist or dermatologist.
I wish you all the best.
