I have vertebraes in my neck that are messed up. I have a tailbone that is also messed up. My arms and legs are going numb often.
I see the disability doctor this weekend. I want them to see what I'm going through.

It's absolutely not wrong to voice your concerns about your symptoms. In fact, it's important to keep your healthcare providers informed about any new or ongoing symptoms you experience. The numbness in your arms and legs, along with your vertebrae and tailbone issues, are significant symptoms that deserve medical attention.

When meeting with the disability doctor, be sure to document and clearly communicate:
- When and how often numbness occurs
- What activities or positions trigger symptoms
- How these symptoms impact your daily activities
- Any weakness or mobility issues you experience IMPORTANT: Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:
- Severe weakness
- Loss of bladder/bowel control
- Difficulty walking
- Vision changes
- Confusion
- Slurred speech
- Uncontrolled movements

Consider working with a physical therapist who can help develop exercises to manage your symptoms and improve your overall mobility and strength. They can provide specific techniques tailored to your needs.

Yes!!! Definitely let them know what's going on. They won't know if you don't tell them. If they don't listen, keep telling them til they do! No one should have to go through that without help.

Sorry for your pain. I also have been battling neck pain and 5 days ago, my lower back is paining so much! It's worst when I wake up. How are you coping with yours? Do you feel certain parts of your spine sort of pinch and pull?
