Been experiencing a lot of muscle twitches in my legs, shoulder pain, severe neck stiffness and pins and needles sensations throughout my entire body. All of these started rather suddenly. Tell me I am not alone?

This is unrelated to your question but related to menopause. A friend of mine swears by this portable cooling fan for her hot flashes https://a.co/d/2ZEiewz

Calli, I have the muscle twitches sometimes. I also can relate to the phantom itching! It’s horrible. Usually when I have the muscle aches I’m a little low on potassium and magnesium. I just take one tablet a day extra for a couple days and it helps. I recently found some magnesium spray and I’m using it before bedtime . It is really helping my feet and leg muscle pain.

As with Terri and Jennifer, the same thing happened to me due to chemotherapy. I occasionally have sharp sensations in my body, but they are annoying, not painful.
Good luck Calli. ❤️🙏🦋

You're not alone I was experiencing this as a child and teen doctors were always stumped whenever I was admitted and always chalked it up to being either my Lupus flaring or my RA flaring they'd give me prednisone and send me home after a week or sometimes 2 days in the hospital but that feeling returned in 2024 it became worse sometime in July 2025 so labs were done and a referral to a neurologist who is more experienced in Neuromuscular Diseases/Disorders to have an EMG was ordered as well as a pinched nerves procedure was done on me, labs came back with abnormalities (so bone x-rays were ordered). Both the bone x-rays and the pinched nerve test came back normal as for the EMG it showed signs of polyneuropathy so I now know that ontop of the RA, my lupus is behind the neuropathy condition I have. Ontop of that the Rheumatologist i was referred to this year stated that I have fibromyalgia as well.
