Does anyone ever had burning /itching in face ? Slight tingling and itchy everywhere. Could this be allergies or lupus related
Yes, burning and itching sensations in the face are common experiences for people with lupus. Many MyLupusTeam members report feeling like their face is "on fire" or experiencing burning sensations in their cheekbones, even without visible rashes. These symptoms can occur with or without skin discoloration.

Hello and yes ma'am you would not believe. I had to give up my favorite soap for Vanicream. Its ok and it works. I cant wear regular deodorant either. I wear Secret Sensitive.
I get an itchy face some days and I wear sun screen and stay out of the sun. No rash.
It depends if your in the sun flare up does show on the skin or a flare up sometimes it shows, like rashes or blotches. Tell your doc sun screen or a good dermatologist. Everybody body reacts differently always great to have more than one opinion.
If you are taking plaqunil/hydroxychloriquin you shouldn't be in the sun unless covered. You become nauseas and because lupus causes dryness, the sun makes it worse and yes that's why you are itching more than usual. I know a lot of people love tanning, whether tanning beds or real sun it's not good for a person with Lupus.
