Ana Hall, you’re a good egg! Thank you so much for this wonderful information regarding baking soda and other skin remedies. I have had cutaneous issues long before being diagnosed with lupus, but have never understood that this red, itchy rash which occurs primarily around my ankle and calves was related to lupus. Knowledge is power. Thanks again.💕
Baking Soda is worth a lick and a sniff. Best hygiene ever.
It breaks the links of nasal infections to diseases and to epidemics.
For 300 million years all vertebrates have produced it to buffer acidity, for exhalation and it’s a detergent that breaks down fat in the digestive system starting with saliva in the mouth. Chemistry 101.
We now know that viruses, bacteria and pollen are protected by a fat layer which also is destroyed by baking soda. The non-enveloped Nora virus is destroyed even faster.
Killing these infections is the role of baking soda in the mucosa, the largest immune gland in the body at 400 square meters.
The modern diet robs the mucosa of baking soda for use in the digestive process.
Adding baking soda to the mucosa gives us all added protection.
Mucosal Immunology is the medical terminology. Google it.
Masticate thoroughly to get the baking soda working.
Bicarbonate the nose most days. Sniff a small pinch of baking soda into the each nostril and lick a pinch as well. It increases the concentration of baking soda throughout the mucosa. Infections die before immunity, vaccines and medication kick in. Repeat 3 times a day for persistent infections. It is compatible with all medications. Flu, colds, sinusitis, sore throat, allergies and asthma are all gone in days.
Put 3 small pinches of baking soda on the wrist.
Sniff left, gently, sniff right, and lick . Wait a minute.
Inhalate 3 times a day. Breathe out, pause for 12 seconds and breathe in. This stops cravings for sugar, drugs and alcohol.
Lubricate the skin. Hydrogen Peroxide is a great sanitiser, but not on its own. Mix 1 part Hydrogen peroxide, 12%, with 12 parts body lotion. Apply to the skin for sanitation, rashes, shingles wounds, insect bites and arthritis. Do not rub it in . Let it soak. Warm it for eczema, dystonia, lupus, and for animals.
This is hygiene, proven and repeated by thousands of doses since 2017.
Cutaneous lupus is a form of lupus that specifically affects the skin, where the immune system attacks skin tissue. It accounts for about 10% of all lupus cases. While it primarily impacts the skin, about 65% of people with systemic lupus (SLE) will also develop cutaneous lupus symptoms.

I will try this
I’m going to try baking soda. I’ve always used salt water when sick but never considered baking soda. And this helps with rashes too? I’m having a flare up the past week. Rash and all!
