Tumeric works for my pain. I have been taking it since 2019. On and off. Currently, I have been taking it daily since 2024. The only other option is surgery and I can't do the surgery so Tumeric it is. God bless

Before continuing long-term use of any supplement, including turmeric drops, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider who knows your complete medical history and current treatment plan. Regarding red light therapy specifically - while it has potential anti-inflammatory effects, experts currently disagree on whether it's beneficial for lupus patients. More research through controlled clinical trials is still needed to evaluate its effectiveness and safety for lupus treatment.

I also take Turmeric every day, along with my Omega 3s. And, I definitely feel it when I don't take them.
