Lupus is a very sneaky disease! It leads me to believe that it’s managed, but a flare leads me to think that it’s uncontrollable. Since my original diagnosis in 2021, I’ve concluded that there are no one size fits all solutions. Research! Research! Research!

I would take the healing and enjoy the rest of your life. Amen.
What a gift.

Lupus is known for not showing up on tests unless you are in a flare at the exact moment they test you. I have a friend that has it and her sister died from it and her organs were failing but she tested negative cause she wasn’t in a flare. Days later they tested her again and it was positive. That is what and why it is so hard to diagnose and treat and many doctors still don’t understand this. It doesn’t mean you don’t have it. It possibly a doctor who doesn’t get it.

I was treated for lupus for over 25 years but recently told I have undifferentiated connective tissue disease. Not lupus. But it would have been treated the same as far as drugs through the years. You really don’t know what to believe.
