Yes, tooth problems can lead to flares, BG. Have you seen your dentist and rheumatologist?

You are flaring and the mouth sores are key

I have dentures and where I used to have an abcessed tooth, feels like an abscess as well as at the same time I get an earache. I also have mouth sores and with my sjorgrens I have trouble with a deeply cracked tongue all the time. Hugs and prayers

BG, you may want to ask your rheumatologist if they recommend routine lupus labs before dental work to ensure you're not in an organ flare. If you're feeling okay lately, that probably isn't necessary, but it's best to be safe.
