I had blood test to confirm my Lupus But I do not have any rash on my face
My niece and great niece also have Lupus and they do not have a rash either. So from this can say not everyone gets face rash. So If GP says cannot have Lupus as no rash challenge. Gwyneth Carmarthenshire West Wales

Lupus-specific symptoms include:
• Butterfly-shaped rash across the face
• Sun sensitivity
• Organ involvement (kidney/heart)
• Hair loss
• Mouth and nose sores
• Low-grade fever
• Swelling in joints, glands, and extremities Treatment approaches differ between the conditions. For lupus management, doctors may prescribe:
• Immunosuppressant medications
• Corticosteroids to reduce inflammation
• Vitamin D supplements (especially if sun-sensitive)
• NSAIDs for pain relief
• Physical therapy
• Stress management techniques

It's important to note that about 22% of people with lupus also have fibromyalgia, so tracking your symptoms and working closely with your healthcare provider is essential for proper treatment.
