I’d love to know what you do exactly to document your symptoms that helps identify flare ups. Do any of you use a chart or grid?

I’m a detail oriented person. If I write down in paragraph form, like a journal, how I feel each day over several month’s time I will have to go back and read what changed. That seems like a huge waste of valuable time. I don’t want to reinvent the wheel here either. If you have found or created something I’d love to see an example please? TYIA!
