It's rough but I have muscle relaxant and Tylenol

I have been on HydroxyChoriquine for about 12 years even though I still have flare ups, I have Lupus and Sjogrens I’m worried how bad flares might be with out the drug. I take Flexerill at night or I can’t move ( turn over or get up)

I have bone and joint pain too and I am on Plaquinil. I take tumeric at night with black pepper in it to help my pain. I use a heating pad and bottle of warm water through out the day which really help.

Yes I’m aware and it is true

I still have joint and bone pain even while taking plaquinel.
