I did have calluses between my big toe and the toe next to it. I rubbed lotion on it day and night to smooth it down and it eventually went away.. Now I massage my feet and toes with castor oil. I also have the same callus shaver/smoother podiatrists use to help get rid of them. It can be found on both Amazon and Walmart websites.

As for your difficulty swallowing, shortness of breath, and chest pain, please contact your doctor (PCP or rheumatologist). It could be a number of things causing you so much discomfort. I hope this helps. Please keep us updated on what your doctor says.
