Is there anyone in the group that has experienced knee pain where it feels like your knee may give out at anytime.When I stretch it it pops.

Yes! All the time my knee actually did give out on me at one point and I hyperextended both of them.

I developed knee problems around 1 1/2 years ago, I use Tylenol Arthritis and Tiger balm daily to help with the pain.
