I ve had lupus rash on my chin for well over a year. Dermatologist gave protopic which makes it itch worse. The only thing i found that helps is vasiline every night and i put it on at night and in the day when its really dry.

It actually itches so bad then I scratch until it bleeds. My skin looks 80 and I’m 59? I’ve bought tons of moisturizer but it won’t get better?
