I’ve had shot in shoulders, knees, feet, hands and lower back! I’ve had surgery in all except back and I will continue with the shots as it last me almost a year.

Don’t know if this helps or not, but anytime I have had a Cortisone injection for my knees, it always help with arthritis in other parts of my body, at least for a few days.

I have had multiple cortisone injections in my shoulders for osteoarthritis and in my left shoulder for torn rotator cuff. Also in both hips I refuse to go and have surgery on my shoulder. That's 7 weeks or more that I can't use it at all, I just don't have that time away from work. For me, cortisone injections really help.

I have bilateral plantar facisitis and bursitis and the foot doctor gave me steroid shots and it lasted me for 10 years. It was painful at the time but after the pain went away there was blessed relief.
