I have been using the Visible app to help me track and plan for flares and good days. It tracks symptoms, activity/exertion, sleep, heart rate and hrv. I dont have the arm band tracker but use the app on my phone and I think its helping. I dont feel so lost and clueless about my lupus. And it gives me a better way to explain my lupus and abilities or flares to my husband. He's more accepting of my complaints now because the Visible app makes it easier for him to see and understand what im goingโ€ฆ read more

It's wonderful that the Visible app is helping make sense of what can feel like an unpredictable condition โ€” and that it's helping your husband better understand what you're going through. That kind of shared understanding can make a real difference! ๐Ÿ’™

It's wonderful that the Visible app is helping make sense of what can feel like an unpredictable condition โ€” and that it's helping your husband better understand what you're going through. That kind of shared understanding can make a real difference! ๐Ÿ’™

Tracking tools like this are genuinely valuable for managing lupus. Being able to monitor things like:

- Symptoms and flares
- Sleep patterns
- Activity and exertion levels
- Heart rate and HRV

...gives you real data to work with, both for your own awareness and for conversations with your care team. Doctors often have tight schedules, so having clear, organized symptom data helps you make the most of appointments. It also helps cut through brain fog and fatigue, which can make it hard to recall and explain how you've been feeling.

The Lupus Foundation of America also offers a free downloadable tool called the Lupus Impact Tracker worksheet, which pairs nicely with app-based tracking for doctor visits.

While the Visible app isn't lupus-specific, many MyLupusTeam members find that any consistent tracking method โ€” app, paper, or worksheet โ€” helps them feel more in control and better understood. ๐Ÿ™Œ
