Thank you for all your support and help. I just found out on Friday, so I will have to wait until Monday to find out more.
Again thank you for your support 🙏

Our meds often cause weight gain, Linda, and carrying extra weight can lead to fat in the liver. If your doctor feels it would be advisable in your case, some weight loss may help. The newer weight-loss meds like semaglutide have also been shown to reverse fatty liver and are worth discussing with your GI or hepatologist (the liver specialist, if your GI doctor refers you).

Are your liver function blood tests abnormal with this, Linda?

I was dx with a fatty liver at the end of last year. I've been through several rounds of testing with my team of doctors. Definitely follow up and see the way for your lifestyle to maintain a good quality of life.

The doctor is concerned and wants to have more testing to see if it's reversible or not. And go from there. I will keep you posted.
