Finding a past conversation from a couple of weeks ago can be tricky, but here are a few places to check:

- Check your email inbox β€” if you were logged in or submitted a question, a copy of the conversation may have been sent to your email address.
- Support ticket history β€” if the conversation happened through a support portal, log in and look for a "Tickets" section where past conversations are stored.
- Browser history β€” searching your browser history for the date you had the conversation might help you locate the page.
