I feel as if I’ve heard something said about a connection between parasite growth/activity and a full moon. Can any you give more info about it, maybe other resources?

@A MyLupusTeam Member. Is it best to start the detox before the full moon and continue until afterwards? Do you know? What’s your thought about the timing?
@A MyLupusTeam Member. I cleanse once a year. I just wasn’t familiar with the association with the full moon. It makes total sense to do a few days before and after the full moon. I figured if I’m going to do it, I should more strategic. I always compare my meds with the detox. The good thing is I take the same meds and my detox is the same. I don’t have variations.

@A MyLupusTeam Member When I was doing herbal cleanses I started 3 days before to three days after-so a week in total. I usually used ParaGuard as opposed to buying separate tinctures, though sometimes I just used wormwood and clove. I haven't done any cleanses since my lupus diagnosis and have no idea about interactions with the meds, so look into that before starting! If you have never cleansed before, you can start with clove tea in the morning and munch on raw pumpkin seeds throughout the day to begin a slow die off that doesn't cause herxing. Good luck!
Ladies, I would suggest considering the most natural way to keep our colons cleaned out--a high fiber, high plant diet.😘
