Hello all, I hope you are enjoying a nice, peaceful day.
My neurologist ordered brain, cervical and thoracic MRI's w/wo contrast. I finally have all the reports. I have had non-specific white matter lesions for years now. The only difference in the brain MRI report is that the radiologist noted mild to moderate volume loss. The cervical MRI shows two lesions that the radiologist noted as suspicious for MS. I read that Sjogren's Syndrome can cause MS-like lesions. Has anybody else… read more
Well, symptoms depend on the area the brain injuries are. In my case my symptoms are: severe headaches, lost of balance regularly, dizziness, light and noise intolerance, extrem fatigue, post and… read more

Excuse my poor English
Thanks God my lupus is now under controll, and I don't have any symptom (exept the pain of damaged joints by the last flare up)
But... I still have fatigue and sleep a lot!
I expected to get rid of this one too, so anybody has the same problem? Or I should check other causes?

What are the symptoms? How long does it usually last?
For me, I know a flare is starting if my body starts weakening (more than usual), hurting a lot. Either half my body starts paralyzing or it completely shuts down (my Lupus is affecting my nerves and… read more
I haven’t gotten an “official” diagnosis…but I have a 1:160 Homogeneous ANA, positive cardiolipin antibody Igm, malar rash after sun exposure (without sunscreen), times of awful pain mainly knees down that last several days then goes away. Happening almost every two weeks…how does this sound to you all? When I feel ok I think Nah, I don’t have lupus. When the pain hits (like last couple days) it’s the only thing that makes sense and feels very clear to me. Would love you opinions…thanks! Xo
I originally had the J&J shot, It recommended that I get the Moderna booster, which I did. With the booster, my arm was sore for five days and I felt "off" for a few days. About a week later I had… read more
Does anyone know of a better mattress that I can buy? My back, shoulders, and hips hurt and I'm not sure if its because of my mattress or the lupus or both. I don't want a mattress that I will sink into nor a hard mattress. Thanks.
I always thought I was the only one who prefers a couch over a bed! Thank you so much🥰
Any suggestions to help reduce knee pain?
as do I..with the pillow and of course my electric blanket..warmth ..seems to help..hot baths
I have gained weight with the changing of my meds due to new diagnosis of lupus with my RA. I’m finally down to 5mg of prednisone and I get so bloated every couple of days, is there anything I can do
Thank you everyone, it’s awesome getting some helpful tips with this
Hey, I’m just wondering if anybody here tested negative for anti-dsDNA but was still diagnosed with lupus? I’ve gotten soooo much bloodwork done in the last several months and so far all I have positive are ANA, anticardiolipin, and anti-histone antibodies. My anti-dsDNA was just below the positive range, like it was so close. My kidneys always show up fine in urine tests and I have chronically low white blood cells. I even had the AVISE CTD test and that came back normal. Last time I saw my… read more
